Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)


 

Any person may request records of the Vermilion County Conservation District under the Freedom of Information Act.  All requests must be made in writing or on the Vermilion County Conservation District FOIA request form to the Freedom of Information Officer of the Vermilion County Conservation District:

A written response will be supplied within five working days to the person making the request specifying the date and time the records will be released.  In the event that the Request cannot be complied with, a written denial will be sent to the person making the request within five working days after receipt of the request specifying the reasons for the denial.

ABOUT THE VERMILION CONSERVATION DISTRICT
Purpose
The purpose of the Vermilion County Conservation District is set forth in the Illinois Conservation District Act (70 ILCS 410/)
